    Try to dismount the processor (touch a heating or dicharge yourself in another way), clean everything (with less glass cleaner on a non fuzzing sheet - carefully) and put some (some!!! = as less as possible just to build a plain film) heat paste (a good one not the normal crap) between the processor and the cooling base (whatever you have there). Just an idea if there is something loosely.

    Write down the driver when the bluescreen appears and post it here, this way you know exactly which hardware component did the problem. 32 bit versions of windows 7 are not supporting multi processor systems - would be a bad idea if you have more than 1 processor mounted.
