I use Avast Pro... and it's all free arorund here. If it tells that, means you might have some errors on windows.... or a virus from somewhere which affects your files and connection. It'd be recommended you make a full scan on all PC using Avast's special tool, to scan after PC restart, before windows is loaded. Any avast version has it as I know
