I have been to 146 systems, and visited 301 dockable bases, according to my own database. However, only 297 will appear on your base count and list of bases shown on your map. Why I do not know. I also have been though 225 JHs but 2 of them are closed at the moment and will only appear if the dynamic universe is reinstated. There may be more bases but these are the numbers I have details of.
