It's kind of feature OP made... when remaking the lvls. Makes newb's work even harder, but, jsut give them more money -
True, that part IS an issue There were few others that reported me in-game about it, they got the enough $ but had to relog or launch and redock with the planet/stationi to get a ship, but including a CM problem, as it was saying lvl 2 or such and wasn't allowing a player to buy the Adv CM, until coming back to the station later without relogging... ?
