So that's why everything gets red only temporarly, until you come back again and find no BMM. Even if you go to any of the gates and dock, using F1 and coming back, the reps are ok So just get friendly with BMM

Yes, gates also have a rep side They change to red when they see you near (after the BMM guy) try fire some copper in NY and you'll remember even the trade lanes gets red
