Bad billing system, heh ? I can't know it well.... as I will never pay 130 $ for playing a game in a LIMITED time. Maybe when I have my own job and I'm rich enough.... there are way better free games than EvE, some of them psoted here on Swat... and for some, like me, Crossfire is the ebst game our PC goes flawlessly and with less bugs than EvE !! As the last version was released mainly in fixing every found, known and unknown(by people) bug.
