    yes, and 1 more known issue with opening CF1.8 once its downloaded is some permission denying... if you experience that sort of a problem please google up the text and you should able to fix it, I dont remember the exact file name but I did have the problem on windows XP in case someone still runs it

    probably beacuse you run all your programmes as admin, some ppl don't probably just permission- or av-related
