ME1 and ME2 gave interesting possible options which make shepard "neccessary" just alone that you initiate changes all over the citadel worlds and the terminus systemsim just thinking about a perfect way of playing it and a final confrontation with the reapers... i am really imagine that the first 2 parts of the game were just to initiate contacts, find allies and friends while the final part of the game mainly will be dealing with building up an army against the reapers in the same way you had…
