That is not the issue, because if the rules clearly stated that we would not have any problems whatsoever.There is a lot of crap added that say "cop can attack a merc without asking for fine systems away from a bounty, in the eventuality that he goes after that bounty" which is bullshit, or "a cop can attack a merc if they are known to have illegal activities", this will give some people who already have issues a chance to start making things go wild even more.This is what needs to be clarified …

The rules are very well explained, take it from me 'cause i'm new, that doesn't mean that people choose to play by them, however i play regardless, guess it's the same for all.
