Help! New here and have been following the step by step instructions to install CF 1.7. Ok, that is not working. I did find the CF mod and patch were blocked but I unblocked them and that didn't make a difference. I cleared the read only flags and it appeared they were cleared but when I went back in to check the flags were back. There is something I am mising.

Third time was a charm! I dumped everything again, then ran a sweeper looking for anything FL and found a folder and file in docs and dumped that as well. then started over following the instructions and all is well. I am up and running, starting over. I am really impressed with the improvements made to the color schemes , sound and clarity of picture. Fantastic! Being an old guy I'm not the best fighter jock but hey, I'm having fun. Staying SP for now, I'll just spend my time dying if I try MP.
