that registering might be problematical since its done via command line your FL directory (that one where you want to register the file) is in "C:\Program Files\"sometimes dos commands have problems with spaces between words... interpreting the directoy as 2 parameters u could try to install Freelancer somewhere else ... such as in "C:\Freelancer\" if i need to guess most vista users which have FL installed there and want to register that file will run into this problem
