Hi guys, I would like to pick your collective brains. I am looking for a desktop video/sound capture software package. I have previously used Camcordia but honestly didnt think much of it. Also I would prefer if files could be saved as .flv without having to convert. Any suggetions? (naturally freeware)

Thanks for that Why didnt I think of the U tube, simple ways the best. I shall check it out.
