This matter is simple and does not need any discussion: Penalize Bots/Bats use in PvP and/or add in the sentence the word "abuse" to limit it even further in the light of the possibility that one keeps reloading by "accident" in the course of different PvPs. It is custom on this server not to reload during PvP and what is custom should become a fixed rule.
PvP =/= fighting against a Train BUT this rule should not cover Freighters such as APC or Bullpup or whatever (Picard has shown more than once that it is very possible to own a VHF with an APC)

I would boost your RAM with another 4GB
and I would get a Radeon 6950 simply because you can easily overtact it to a 6970
decent PSU's are from brands such as Corsair... OCZ... or Seasonic (expensive but top notch PSUs) -
high internet speed =/= stable and high quality internet speed

Not sure why you felt the need to post this in the off-topic section, in a thread which first off all got off-topic from the off-topic about an actor named Chuck Norris. And most importantly feel the need to categorize my CRITIQUE against that person as derogatory or even think to define it as harassment.
Let me rephrase: Chuck Norris is an absolute horrible actor reflecting no personality, at best that of a toast, whose career consists of playing a one-dimensional character supposedly being "badass". The internet started making fun of the fact that he is indeed not a "badass" but as dull and lame as a sheet of paper. That is exactly what the Chuck Norris jokes started to sarcastically point out. It got out of hand quickly and effectively achieved the opposite of what was intended; namely that everyone thought of Chuck Norris as a true badass and spammed countless Chuck Norris jokes on the internet (especially the WoW community).
