Even though the Sidewinder station is not a prison (both appearance and name wise) it buys the escape pods for the same price as the prisons do.

So, I'm stuck for now? Well that's too bad.

After a dangerous exploration of the unknown nomad systems and after some encouters with Nomad Bombers, Gunboats, Battleships, Strike Carriers and Lichs, I managed to reach the Planet Lost Paradise heavily damaged in my Eagle. I landed on the Landing Pad and...no equipment dealer, so no repairs I made my way back to space, using that launch to space thing...and I immediately got destroyed, when I warped through. Message says, I'm commiting suicide. Now I'm double stuck: Even IF I manage to launch from Lost Paradise, the Nomads will eat me alive, until I reach a habitated system. Any advice or help?

If the crashing problem is solved, I'm sure Crossfire will become a very popular server. Especially for people who do not like the pretty dull and vanilla-like experience on HHC or the stuck-up mentality of Discovery.

@Admin: Great job!

So I'm new here and downloaded the 1.8 mod. Now being on the server and actual gameplay is absolutely fine (amazing mod btw) but the server itself often crashes (red lag to infinity). Is there something I can do about it?
