This is very strange. How bout you avoid that sector for one or two days? If that doesn't work. Re install. I'm guessing its client side or someone else would have also reported it.

I have chrome and im unable to open any spoiler tags including this one.

I hav an idea.
Lets consider a sector map and a system map as two layers. Normally we would go to the top layer(the universe map) and zoom into the required bottom layer (system map). What if there was a third layer above these two layers representing the 4 sectors?
So you can click a sector to zoom into ans select the system from the sector map that pops up.
