the is only 1 month with 28 days and that is feburary and this is also the only
month that has 29 days as well on leap years for example the next leap year is in 2008 when
feburary will have 29 days

as the event manager
for thsmugglers event i want max participation. i will randomly pick one player to be the
smuggler and since im the event manager can i be in a group chat with the smuggler so that i
can track where he is going if not then ok i understand.i however will not hunt, fight or
kill the smuggler coz that wouldnt be fair for me to keep the prize money now would it
