You cantake it as vote for CF 1.8 if you want to play it the voting ends after 1rst jan... so you'll have the CF 1.8 by then. So you can vote since now hehe

@ OP, I think an automatic e-mail about this to all people registered in this forum would help a lot... I saw that working with another mod I was registered in their forum.

The e-mail should have all what's normal, a link to CF on moddb, a text about the issue, thx and all the rest

It's too hard to choose... so just choose the 10 bests and put the appearance as Random ! Each time another of the 10 chosen will appear lol why only 1 !

If Ihad to choose 10, I would choose theese:
1,4,5,6, 10(it's white n black, that is a good point to show, an Epic Fail, no internet or wrong installed, or not updated...) 14(really cool), 15, ,17, 18, 19

Yep, I'm making such stuff to send them by PM to all members of my groups arround facebook and pages like that... just on FB I have about 400 supporters, and offering gifts in the mini games there helps a lot.

As I know this is like get votes by any means (except cheating... moddb has a good security ) so making this mod and Freelancer popular will help... even neither 90 % of the ones who vote start playin FL.

EDIT: We're already top 37 between 11 K mods lol

All people here on most threads will see that link to vote also... some more forums

even it's true that more NPCs bring more lag... in the video there's no lag at all... missles go straight and ships do't jump or stop... maybe it could be in singleplayer... but it wouldn't be a server if it's SP only. Even about lag... it's just 1 system, if noone is there, no extra lag

Anyway it was just a little thing that nearly wouldn't be noticed in your huge mod... better called FL 2

Anyway, now we have to concentrate (if we all aren't doing it yet...) on remaking the server from... the bad happenings that are over. It's a hard path, but the prize will be bigger... but the server anyway NEEDS somehing like admins online to keep the peace, listen the bugs, and problems in-game in private. It's efficiency is prooved on other places... people can go on if something happens, but not too many times. And with the new version, there are quite more chances for possible little bugs arround... screen failing, infocards, whatever

I love those big stations at the planet... all screenies are great !!

Those are in holiday time... free time, anyone can come. Call back your friends from where they went, call by email, messenger, yahhoooo, skype, mental comunication, psychic power, and make them join the last party !

Hmm, maybe I should add the Starflier TDM somewhen in Sunday, yes... there is a slot on Sunday 27th, after smuggler hunt of 26th but before the normal TDM of 28th It fits well.

Yes, the RP is not the problem, the problem is the way how we do RP.
Pirates have to kill, to smuggle, to do unlawful things cus it's their RP, excepting their SP leader.
Police have to still catch out pirates, and take down any unlawful thing, smuggle, tax, steal, chase... etc.
All the other RPs are in middle... sometimes iwth the good side, sometimes with the bad one... but always in middle, accepted by both sides as they are.

If one side of the RP falls down, all the balanced situation is gone. What happens when there's no balance ? Chaos. And that chaos consists in anything, getting bored, making more problems, getting mad and making more problems... (think of it... what happens if there are no pirates... police go everywhere, then complainings, problems, sentimental affects(bad ones), fake people trying to make it worse with a "good look" as revenge or personal stuff... who knows. The same thing happens if it's in the other way, without police, the chaos is even faster. Why the police is needed if there are no pirates. If there are no pirates neither police, why to play the game ? PvPs only ? Exploring ? that takes 2 weeks to get bored. The RP is a NEED for a glorious server and an actin correct for your own RP, where SP's RP is not their clan's RP, but they are also NEEDED to keep players go on their own RP correctly... no SP or admins online goes to a chaos AGAIN !! And this is by experience and pure mind's result)

THE RP AND players need a fresh RP and sentimental beggining. A char wipe won't solve the problems if we still hate Player X for killing my store, or for KOSing me, or for being pirate/police, etc. You'll just start making your fighter ship again to revenge, if not, to expect the other player making a mistake to get him down hard...w or w/o you starting it.

And this restart has to happen NOW !

meh, the server... most times there are more people online on this forum than on the server
I want you to be online on Sunday at 8 PM server time to start the Starflier TDM event, if there aren't at least 6 players on the server, I won't bother entering, to pray any old or newbie to join it.

Hint: j/k about not entering, but anyway, you have until 9 PM to join the event, not the server
