A guy was stuck trying to jump from Omega41 to Utopia, along comes my char (SA_Defender_Riebens) and jumps through successfully. He is still stuck even after rebooting (Titius-Bode - Stephen Hawkins[E] in game)

My answer was related to the problem in the fact that I reported it is NOT NESESSARY to have to purchase a trader to level up.
(sometimes reading between the lines is not done ??)

I started playing the SP campain again last night ....
It is seriously NOT difficult to shoot down the NPCs ...
Maybe it has something to do with the Graphics settings, the computer capabilities or a pebkac problem

reminds me a lot about what customers promise they did or did not do when phoning to complain about something ..
and then of cause we have a 'bill if not our fault ' policy when techs go out .. and just about every callout get's billed ...

I do not think people are as ignorant in how to do this as you seem to suggest in your postings.
For the same of the game, I would also not suggest using any 'tool' to 'modify' files to 'shorten' the original storyline/game.

I played the demo.. and was actually overall very disappointed.
The ships of the aliens looks like it was done by a child ... and you don't get to see the nice closup views of structures and ships like you do in Freelancer. Everything is just too dark.
There is a lot of nice things, like auto missions for the trader, etc also ejecting to space and entering your other ship.
The ONE IDEA I LIKE.. .You have 4 ships .. MAX and you play with that.
I am not sure I am interested enough in the gameplay to purchase the game, unless it is also open ended trading and fighting without having to do storyline missions.
Anyone know if the storyline ends and then reverts to open play for multim player online ??
