Burro, just download Microsoft free anti virus, security essential. It works great and doesn't bug down your computer. And since it's from Microsoft it's perfectly integrated in to win 7.

A good recommendation to all those reporting bugs: Verify with an other player if the has the same bug in the same circumstance. It will be very helpful since it will weed out all the problems related to one computer in particular and those related to a bugged install. The more precise you can be the faster OP will be able to correct it. Let's not swamp him with non replicable bug reports.

Force running as administrator on the installer maybe.

Try forcing it to run freelancer as administrator.

I do not mean it says it for a few times when you come close to a group of jh. I mean when you come close to any jh even the few isolated ones it keep saying it non stop. With no time between the end of a warning and the begining of an other. Chugoku has a few jh similarely close by and it doesn't do it there.

now fro the bug report:
1-There was a server crash earlier today and since then all / commands stopped working (confirmed by many players)
2- In hiruga when you come close to a jh, the voice keep saying anomaly detected non stop in loop. (confirmed by 2 players). I have not seen thsi bug anywhere else. -

Lets not forget that TRF is made of individuals. It's always dangerous to say that en entire groups is something. I know for a fact there are good people in TRF. Obviously, it's not the case for all of them. Posting against the server on Moddb is very petty and stupid, but I'm certain it wasn't an organized action by TRF, just a member.
Of course a clan should be responsible for the actions of it's members. Otherwise there is no point to clans, but you shouldn't even think that all members of a clan think the same way as the others.
TRF didn't act, it's members did.Now, can we move past the destruction and start building again. I would prefer to start the new year on a happy note.
