Yeah 1.8 installer should totally be released on bittorrent - since it's your software it shouldn't be illegal, and bittorent is the best thing ever for distributing huge files across many people. And you [OP] wouldn't put any load on your servers, meaning that you could kind of sort of assign all resources to the CF server or smth so that it runs fast and smooth :]

It's easier than it sounds
If you want station complexes (like merge a freeport and a depot or something), then do what OP said - fire up FLEX (freelancer explorer), simply place the stations where you want and set parents.

If you want completely custom stations (your own design), then you need to model them first using MilkShape (there should be a tutorial), but that is hard.
