Why don't you ask them? Go to the recruitment office and ask...
And how mild is "mild"? Do you take meds, can you keep it under control? I've looked it up a bit, apparently there are people in the army with that illness... so you probably can try and join, I think they give medical checkups to everyone, so they'll determine whether you're fit to serve or not...

weapon there except nomads, PPCs and things like that, but all regulars r
there...
anyways, you just have to be faster than the NPC you're after - kill him
before he reloads. better guns help alot at that point 0_x
