sorry I should have told you sooner the /sfc command from the command prompt can fix alot of issues but if you have a very serious issue like I had when I was running win11 for several months it cant fix all issues but is very helpful to know about, I ran win11 for several months with zero problems its really sweet, when its stable, but was getting a very nasty random bsod (blue screen of death) would happen especially often in world of tanks and thats 100% pvp game no pve at all the last thing you want when you in pvp is that a bsod lol cus then ya will die fast. there are logs that generate when a bsod happens and after checking those and much research seems my psu wasnt putting out enough power to all my drives which I have 2 internal and 1 external but the external has its own power supply. When i unhooked the sata internal they bsod went away for quite a while and thought I had the problem nailed but then very rarely would bsod again but wayyy less after turning off the 1 sata internal, my os drive is m.2 gen4x4 it cant be turned off like a sata, would actually have to remove it. I also was running a usb TV tuner so you can watch TV on ya pc and its an old win10 version but the problem did not happen when I ran windows 10. My power supply unit on my rig is a very good one a corsair HX-750 which the hx series is their top of the line series. I got mad and just wiped my os drive and installed a clean 10. I am totally stable again no bsod ever and I play alot of games, I mean alot. I did lose my win10 license that will allow you to upgrade to 11 for free if you have the security device "trusted platform module" on ya mainboard. you can not run win11 without that. Most modern mainboards have it older ones do not. yeah thats way more info than ya may need but someone may can use it because you can not run an old version of windows forever we will all have to run 11 eventualy because microsoft will eventually no longer support 10 or provide updates to it.

also on the hess freighter are the 4 guns 10s? i know the turrets are 2x7 and 2x9 do they all fire 360 degrees?

Hey again, Im using the pup3 atm and it exceeded my expectations for sure. which ship are you referring to in the last message? Also I see the hess ship has 50 more cargo than pup3 but still again can only use 7 shields but can use shield upgrades. am green to xenos and cors and all good people are neutral or friendly. So instead of buy hess rep and jack up my good reps could just kill corsairs till hess was neutral. all other bases seem to sell ships if you are neutral, would the hessions sell me the freighter if I was only neutral? like everyone else seems to? now some equipment they wont sell at neutral I know that but it seems like all the others will sell the ships at neutral.

Hi thanks for the info! Since you seem to know whats really going on, I have a question. I see the armored transport is smaller in 2.0 and was thinking about getting it, but someone in game told me its bugged right now. Is that true? Also the smallest of the trains scor something forget name, where all can it dock? Only on places with moorings?

Hey thanks for the welcome! yeah me and xacova are good buddies in the game now we been havin alot of fun. Yeah noticed not many active clans right now we are thinking of staring our own new clan. You need 10 people to start one right? Also the 10 euros a month to have a system does that include the clan base too? And also O couldnt find any info on what systems are available to rent. Could you tell me where to look to see what systems are available to rent? Also on the antares freighter I see its a clan made ship would we be able to make it as soon as we got a base? Also do you know of any bases that currently have one for sale? Have seen a couple clan bases.

yeah what we had to work with back then was very primitive but it was so new and cool at the time we actually had fun just working with what we had, and yeah ya had to get everything just right for the wad to play correctly. as far as lan goes what I really had fun with, since I had my d2 server going for d2 was warcraft. My friend had a new house built and he designed it mostly himself to where cat5 cable was built into the walls to where most areas in his house had a cat 5 outlet so we would just all go over there and take a room and lan. they hated me in a good way lol since I generally destroyed em all even when they would try to gang up on me haha! I also really enjoyed diablo 1 just me and 1 friend across dialup modems. Also starcraft 1 when it came out blew me away too! Basically all that back then is what forged my intense love with pc gaming and as games just got better and better over time I never strayed away from that love and probably never will until I die or just get to old to play or whatever lol.

I really like doom2016 started a new play through on it other day, also doom 3 I like and have the new eternal but have not installed it yet have soooooo many games lol pretty much every good pc game since 1995 I actually have, well most of em lol, but yeah doom1 was very awesome when it came out I actually had the first doom 2 pvp dialup server in DFW texas area with 4x, 14.4k modems in and me local as admin/server owner so 5 players and I designed my own doom2 levels for us too they were called wads some were quite good and still around too somewhere lol! man those was some good times!

I did ok in my rhino then checked out the ships page here and saw the swazhbuckler with 250 cargo and 7 class shield in colorado at bs rio grande which I had already been there but didnt think to look at its ships lol was just looking at trade goods, went and got her makin way more now yay!! such a cool game just really depressing when I actually realized how so very few people are actually on the server oh well though even with that sad fact I know I will have alot of fun with it soo much so I would pay a monthly sub same as wow or wot premium etc. Im going to donate though for 100% fact! whats ya in game chars name? same as here?

Hi, there is a file inside the FL exe folder called myflaccountid just click it and it will show ya account key. If dont have a printer like me can write it down or save the number to a flash drive or whatever else. If ya ever crash ya system or whatever that key is all ya need to get ya chars back.

Hi everyone! New here but been PC gaming since 1995 Doom1. Played FL at release has always been a fav game. Played some mods way back when they wasn't very good. Got back into FL recently after having played it many times over the years. Saw 2.0 crossfire was highly rated. Started a SP but saw ya have to start from vanilla start and since I just did that not long ago was like naa LOL. Active player in world of warcraft, world of tanks, star trek fleet command droid game that I emu on pc. Also have accounts in eve (6) can 6 box my mining fleet, SWTOR, ST timelines but on long break from those atm. Have played pretty much every MMO that has came down the road since everquest 1, 2000. Not tryin to brag JS a little about me. I really am impressed with crossfire so far runs well maxed out on my system at 32 inch curved screen @ 2560x1440p. Seems decently polished but have only 2.5 hrs played. My compliments to the mod team this looks really good so far to me. Now to my main question which is what are the current active clans on crossfire server?? The clan page is wayyyy old and not relevant now it seems. Met 1 person in game he said there were about 4 active clans ATM. But he would not recommend one nor even tell me their names. Also if anyone has any tips on what would be the best combat ship and where to get it when I get to 10 hours played and can pvp. Am trading now so making creds. Also any new xfire player tips/tactics/hints would be welcome too!
