Why not having the payout made in percentage. A fixed percentage of the whole pot and depending on the ammount of participiants the pot is either high filled or not so high filled.
But first and second place do always get more out of it than they actually payed in. So its a temptation for all to give their best to begin with.
As more player participate as higher is the winning. AND the 3rd wont lose anything when there are more than 4 people taking part. If only 4 taking part then the 3rd will always just lose 20 percent of the payment he made.

1st. 60%
2nd. 40%
3rd. 20%
4th. 0

Players do know what they "invest". As better they are as more they can "earn".

I would rather have an explaination for his 1311 keystroke with a failure of 0.23 percent (in english, according to his own posted screenshots)
and now, english again, way less keystroke 483 but almost same percentage of failure 0.21 .

I made both results at the first try of each. Be honest to yourself and do the same. and then bragg about it if you really can.

Simply questions: What is your native language? Is this language available in the list of languages to choose from to perform the task?
IF YES, then simply pick your native language and type as fast as 2000 letters per minute, since "your native language is easy even if it's chinese," (your own words)
Once successfully passed announce yourself to participate at the next official record competition and prove the world you are the best.

Simba made the translation a long time ago.
As you might have recognized Simba has not been online for a long time as well due real life.
In the meantime several things changed, including the forum boards and its content.
Due logical thinking the conclusion would be the translated content from Simba has been removed along several other stuff which became outdated as well.

Sorry for expecting logical ways from some people who prefer to present themself as so smart but failing after all.
