I did a fresh install, and still I get an error message [E5]

Starting multiplayer in NY , basic ship, yes 3D sound is off.
And by the way, I can't play other modes, when I start any other mod CF starts.

I just returned to Crossfire (open singleplayer) as I could not get on multiplayer.
I log on, get in my ship, even made it to space one time, and than my game crashes!
And I hate that!
Anybody got some clues ?

One questione :
Escapepod (Major) =80.000
Escapepod (Lieutenant) =100.000

The Major outranks the Lieutenant therfore he shoud
be worth more money as far as I know.

Somebody please explain me this ?!

I am flying the Hydra MK III , armed with cannons from Earth (you know the ones with the range of 1500). The Hydra is a bit lame but has good armor , so it makes up fo it. And 6 klass 10 guns are OK.
By the way , the "RAVANS CLAW" disapointed me veru much.
(Must be someone does not like it !! ). I allmost bought it , but it's too weak. Pitty!

I did search again , still nothing. I tryed with the bribe - no right fraction to give it to.

I went to Sol_C-4 and found nothing, and yes I searched the whole sector !!
