    sorry m8 but i cant see the mention of dock rape, only an insinuation that it was intentional. by this he said that IOC were camping above the NB docking ring. they were guarding ASF territory. who's to say what thier intention was? not i, only those involved.

    where is the evidence to sustantiate this acusation?
    where were the instances in the replies "going off the handle"?
    all these replies are doing is directing you toward the answers you were looking for m8. correcting you on a few issues that you were ill-imformed about. and as you say in your opening thread there is no proof to substantiate any claim that IOC were there to "dock rape" you. i think you may have taken the replies as hostile, they arent. they are just trying to be constructive. to accurately comment on a subject you must know all the relevant information, which you did not posses. your understanding of things lead you to believe there should be an investigation from the SP's. where there is no need for this. thats just asking for somebodies negative reaction, even though you have recieved none.


    i dont think any of the replies where "flying off the handle". and if thats the way you reacted to them i am sorry, but that isnt my problem. if you dont know the rules and then go comment on certain aspects of them then you should expect criticism.


    BTW. nobody wants you to leave the server, thats a personal choice. but why would you take criticism as a reason for leaving? we only offer constructive criticism after all.

    all the crossfire mods are downloadable from lancersreactor. 1.7 shows on the global server but is undergoing beta testing prior to release. thats why you cant find the download anywhere yet, be patient m8 - all good things come to those who wait!

    LP are CSF, IOC are ASF. New Berlin is ASF teritory, whats your problem? the ASF/CSF RP has been underway for some time now, as such you should have your licenses mounted. most ppl allow 5 seconds after launch to start attacking. your clan mates opinions on what IOC may have done is no proof of what they really would have done if you had launched.


    Defeinition of camping- leaving a char strategically placed in a system to your advantage, but changing to another char until that one is required. this is not allowed on wrecks but as an RP tool why not. how many times would someone warn you of attack if it loses them the advantage?


    this is the kind or RP the ASF/CSF is here for, that you are complaining is lacking. doesnt make sense to me


    this kind of ill imformed post is the kind of thing that is leading a reduction in RP. please read the rules on the ASF/CSF RP before "jumping the gun".


    IOC have done nothing wrong, they were defending ASF territory from CSF invaders. Quite simple really.

    hmmm.


    i cant help but think some of OP's comments may be aimed, maybe not directly at me, at UAC and our recent "restructuring".


    I "left" UAC for a few days over a personal issue that was finally resolved, virtually every server and non server clan invited me to join within the next 24 hrs.
    i politely declined as i had no intention of joining another clan because my loyalties ly with UAC. until the issues where resolved i vowed to stay a freelance, until such a time that i felt we could move forward with UAC.


    i dedicate an "unhealthy" amount of my time to this server, community and my clan, and to new ppl that look in on this server for a new experience, as you know.


    my opinion is that people are free to make thier own choices, in life and here. we cannot force people to do something they do not enjoy, or to stay in a certain place if certain issues have no resolve. that is a choice THEY have to make, be it a good or bad one. Cyb3r left us for good reasons, and i understand that. he still has friends and loyalty towards UAC and is allways supportive. the kind of people that belong on this server. good people.


    BTW, totally agree with RGhawks last paragraph. well said m8.



    please correct me if im wrong in my assumptions OP.
    if i am wrong, OP, we should all try and help this "dying" clan, after all we ALL play here, we all have freinds here. and we should ALL do our utmost to ensure the survival of any clan on Crossfire.

    OP. its good to know that i have your respect, but you mention respect and mistrust in the same sentence. doesn't makes sense to me.


    with regard to the reasons, OP, i feel it best to deal with these matters in private, without any outside influence from the forum. these are issues you and i need to discuss rather than evey bodies opinion be involved. after all this is about UAC, Me and our current situation. yes, get the forum involved later if i mess up or do anything that could cause my leadership of UAC to be questioned, or my loyalty to the server be questioned.


    this is a game i enjoy, this is THE server i enjoy. simple.
    ppl who know me know what kind of guy i am. i like to think i am honest, dedicated, trustworthy. other ppl may disagree, but i hope not. i am allways willing to help anyone who needs it. be them a FL or in another clan.


    I am the CEO of UAC here now. I have the final say in any of our actions here. NO-ONE else within UAC can make a decision about anything to do with the clan in CF. I have the final say here. period.

    Well, i have to disagree to an extent ruivo. i wasnt a board member with UAC, i was fleet commander. i wast on the board of directors. what i will say is i agree that the clan has diminished slightly over the last few months, but the guys like ArchKaine that we have recruited have proved themselves to be dedicated to the clan and dedicated to the leadership of th clan. we may have deminished in numbers. but for every ArchKaine, Swag, Belphegor etc.. that we get they are worth thier wieght in gold, they are worth 5 guys that may come and go.
