    If it would have been up to me it has never came this far, but unfortunally I do not have a big saying in this. It sounds very, very reasonable, and turning a page on something (giving it closure) is something everyone should be able to do, no matter the subject.


    I see the server getting emptier by the day, and if the pages cannot be turned I believe this will continue. This is something none of us deserves:
    - not the community since it will stop to exist
    - not the server admin since he just got himself a new server contract for the community
    - not the mod developers since the Crossfire mod is along the very best mods I have seen for a large number of games


    I could continue like this for some time, but for my own temper sake I will not.

    The idea for this is simple. If you wouldn't give the other side in this confict targets to shoot at, they will soon stop firing. So if you can turn the page and walk away, then the other side will eventually do the same. Maybe it might feel as being defeated, but it is not - look at it as being the smarter party in the conflict. Being able to walk away is often a display of inner strength and the ability to step over your ego.
