What is the sense of game if you have everything in one day. Start - grow level (credits) -grow experience - explore the whole universe here is so much you can do and have fun. And when a pirate taxes you just say /yes and everything is ok.

Ok, beginners guide :-). First kontakt experienced player , they will help you getting a neutral reputation. Then maybe ask for good trades and wait till tour strts (Info /gti). then /jontour. Then enter as much systems during tourtime as possible, each system gives you 1mil instant reward. After 2 or 3 days you will have enough credits for bigger frighter.
Trader and smuggler don't need weapons, ships can have only weak weapons and weak shield, if you kill npcs you ruin your reputation, your best weapon is a neutral reputaion.
So decide what you wanna be, a good trader/smuggler or a good pod hunter, very difficult to be both with one char.
If your smuggling and npc police catch you , run, don't fight, reason above.
atm. tour doesn't work cause of a hardware servercrash some weeks ago, op will fix this asap.
