Alt+108 didn't work for me, I cleared toggle hud, Now have no toggle hud key,

Found its somehow connected to toggle hud.

When trying to write new charname with l (regular L) nothing appears . I tried to create new char on another pc (win10) it works regular, on my new pc can't write l, lonely appears as oney.
In ingame chat all works normal.
