    Well on thursday and friday i'm probably busy but if it does run over into Saturday and Sunday then I can help because I've got all free time on those days, and I'll be on my good PC with cable net so I wouldn't accidentaly put a bug down to lag or something.

    Well, seeing as none of my friends were on to help with a money xfer I took the chance to test the /givecash command, it seems there's a 30% tax on it, and I wouldn't go over 30 mill either, as pcforce said. Perhaps you could lower or even entirely remove the tax on this OP? It was rather annoying to lose %30 of the 77mil that I transfered (In groups of ~25mil, so as not to go over 30 mil), and moving in amounts of below 30 mill is annoying too but I can live with that.

    Well, if the testing is to be done next week then I'll be on my good PC with cable internet and a fair bit of free time so I'm available if you want me.

    This mod is looking sooooo good, I just can't wait!


    Also, when you said that you made a droppable station for admins, did that mean that admins can create a station in-game or not, cause if it does then that's bloody amazing.

    You know putting the backstory on the clanbanner for each of the clans might be a good idea, because having it on the clan's main planet/station seems a little strange to me.


    Fair enough, but maybe think aout making them a little less repepititive, I mean, no offense, but the info cards for alot of the new ships are maybe 95% the same.

    Commands:
    /help (displays commands, though not all of them.)


    /cargo {player_name} (shows {player_name}'s cargo (only works with freighters).)


    /givecash {amount} {player_name} (moves {amount} of cash to {player_name}, think there's a tax on this, you can give money to offline chars if they're on your account)


    /list (shows all player's slot numbers, e.g., if #1. = Shados then, Shados = Freelancer Alpha 1 dash 1, I think a player's slot number can also replace their name in some FLShell commands.)


    /frags (Shows all player's total PvP Kills/Deaths)

    I love the look of the dk, are they cruisers? The ones with the whip-like tails, although if they are cruisers they could be a bit bigger. I always thought base assualt missions were too easy, so making them harder is good. And when you said "special station - dropable (by Admin)" did you mean admins can "anchor" a station somewhere in space like in EVE? If so thats pretty damn cool!

    Battleships can't mount shields at all, at least, mine can't. They jus thave one in-built, and yeah, increase the cost of the bs 10-fold and then make them stronger, therefore not that many people will buy them.

    Yes but the armour upgrade does say +100% armour, which should mean that the weapons would do 1/2 normal hull damage.

    On another note, I was talking to pcforce about armour upgrades ingame and then he apparently went and did some tests with them, apparently they don't increase your hull but instead decrease the hull damage your enemies weapons do by about a 1/3 (which is strange 'cause I think he used lvl 10 armour ug) correct me if I'm wrong pcforce.

    Yeah, Battleships need point-defense systems, although how you would manage such a thing is beyond me.

    Yeah, I can take down 2-3 averagely skilled players in the Osiris but one skilled player in a VHF with good weps and good tactics can take me out. And flak turrets are pretty much useless. Batttleships really do need better weapons, or at least less spinning.

    So the coalition dissapearing when I'm killing them is them cloaking and running off and not some retarded bug? That's good, I wasn't sure they were cloaking.

    Yeah this mod is looking better with every post you make OP, I'm glad to see you're reworking the infocards, as one of my few problems with CF is that the infocards are kinda repetitive.

    I just went through all 15 pages on this topic and I'm thinking I'm going to have to free up some space on one of my pc's for the new version, it looks like its going to be massive, and very good. I can't wait to try out some of the new ships.
