    Yeah i know that there's a tradelane between Earth and Mars, but that's bcuz the alliance put it there. I meant an warpgate, or somthing similar. Something from the coalition.


    Could it be possible that the Coalition made warp gates linking soo many planets, but haven't linked Earth to the very first planet they've conquered?

    Shouldn't there be one of these warp gates between Earth and Mars? Because as seen in the intro movie, the coalition gained the upper hand in the war by conquering Mars.

    If i could get my pc working again i would record this with fraps.

    I have to agree with you, since this never happened to me while i was docking with a planet, it seems that it only happens with stations.


    With me, the only way to stop that, is exiting the game, and reconecting again, only to find myself trapped inside the docking bay with the doors closed.


    How does the docking works? What must happen to the loading screen appears? If we could find a common thing in all the fighters with this glitch, it would be more easy to fix i guess.


    For what i know, the prob aren't the stations, docking bays, or connection status, but specific to the fighters, bcuz it never happened with ships like phoenix, or komodo dragon, but it happens all the time with rage bringer or elite defender. The common point between these two: They're large.

    That would be good, but impossible i guess, since those battleships use different scripts. Think this way, they're normal stations, using an battleship model.


    @OP: This is weird, Wavey said he knew someone that had the exact same prob with the hydra. This seems to affect only big fighters (only fighters, no bb's, or freighters, at least with me, i've seen it happening only with fighters.)

    Hmm... i'm seeing some new standards on this update, it's really going to be the best (and biggest in Mb) modification i've seen soo far.


    But there's a bug with big fighters, such as Rage Bringer, Hydra and Elite Defender that i'm not shure if happens only in my pc, or if someone else experienced this bug. What happen is that when i try to dock with an station, the ship enter the station, and it just sit there, no "loading CF database", it just stay there stopped, and when the doors start to close, the ship try to get out and repeat the whole process. Then i have to alt-F4 off the game.

    Hey man, you make me sad when you say that, you was the first person that helped me here on CF (a lot of ppl helped me, and i thank you all a lot!). Not only that, but the first one to speak as i would speak to someone in RL. Now just imagine if guys like you decide to leave communities just because of some minor assholes?


    I've a long road in online gamming, 3 or 4 years i'm not shure, and all games free (so you imagine, free games = a lot more ppl from the whole world) And in all these games, in none of them i've met soo much decent ppl.


    I can say that for this server as well. On the last server i've played, there were a little more clans than CF, but all of them in war with each other. The only good one i've met there (Bloodragons, some of you may even know them), wich i was member, left the server, so i left as well for the same reason. (ok, maybe a little because i wanted to start my own clan and the admin woudn't let).


    My point is, in all online comminities, and also in every place you can make contact with other ppl, there will be good ppl, bad ppl, selfish(sp?) ppl, assholes, and ppl worse than these three together.

    Yup, i've done this already, but this method can get complicated while in middle of a battle, or when the power runs out. I was think more about an mutator

    There's an idea in my mind for some time. Whoever played x-wing vs tie-fighter will remember this.


    This idea could be very usefull indeed, especially for those with bad targeting.


    There's any way, to add the option of making guns fire sequentially, instead of all together? For instance, someone with 5 guns, all of them ppc's. When fired, instead of firing all 5 together, the ship would fire first the gun 1, then 2, 3 , 4, 5, then again 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Just like a minigun does, it doesn't fires all barrels at the same time, but one at the time. :)

    Is there any possible way, that the anti-alias 2XQ might be bugged and causing that problem? I never used it, and this week, the first time i've enabled it, the problem appeared.


    Another thing is that i never used outlook express either, and on the first day i've used it, nothing wrong, but the next time i've turned the PC on, there was the problem.


    When i've thought i got rid of the problem (by cleaning the golden part of the GC with rubber), i was able to use windows. But when i've started outlook, the pc booted and there was the problem again.

    I've liked this idea, perhaps thruster mounts on different locations on the hull could do this, but i guess that there's no way to map one different key to different thrusters :(

    I guess you hited the right spot. It's summer here, and summer in Rio is very hot. This week we're getting temperatures between 43°C to 45°C, and 97% of air umidity, 97%!


    I don't overclock my graphic card, but i use it a lot, and this definatly fried it. I've tested it in another pc here at home, and it didn't worked, i've reseted the CMOS jumper, and also, didn't worked.


    It was my first true graphic card, i bought it last year, from a friend who used it for 1 year as well. Now i guess i'll have to announce "Fried GeForce 4 64mb" on eBay :(
