HELP Cant get through the gates in Dublin to fast can it be slowed down to 300 :: Builderwills

Hi,Is there any way or mod to slow down the speed going through the race gates in Dublin, Just cant make the turns at 450, On the freelancer at 300 was tricky but got through, Its OK for hovis he is not on a keyboard and mouse.
