maybe an idea to make the bases and planets only dockable for those with access? I know in discovery there are such options only clans can enter some bases who are on an enter list. so you can choose if peeps may dock at your system's bases or not. (like if bs, trains etc could dock)

hmm the tax/ fine i think you can only judge that if its finisht. Not sure how you want to do that. but if its like /fine <player> <amount> but what if he doesnt pay then?

Yesterday i played and found a smugglers using a miner. So he had a big hull and shield. And didn't stop with his illigal trades. Must say there has something to do about it. Its a MINER not TRADER! If the miner can buy at commodity's this will continue. So i hope if its possible that a miner can only trade with other player for (mined goods) but not buy the illigal smuggling stuff and just ran like crazy. Or maybe a heavy reduce of shield and hull so a miner needs in some cases some protection.

. Killed an low lvl plane wich isnt lvl 30 yet. and raped when undocking. SO i want to report those suns of ***** because its against the rules!!

i have a armored transporter. looks really nice. but docking on stations is like a hell. have had sometimes that i had to wait almost 10 min and still didnt dock correctly (even when you see plane fly by) in neutro station (custodian) this is also the case. it more or less hangs behind the door and just hits everything in neutro station. but wont see screen for buying etc. So if you guys would fix this in a next patch. i would be very gratefull
