i've lost all data in a system crash been trying to sort it out but can no longer access startup data so gonna use diferent system an start all over again. TO OP} when i get back into Space i will use TheProphecy if u still have my chars from when i returned earlier this year i would be very gratefull if u could transfer my ships to this new char as i no longer have my serial i used back then thank you

ty guys i checked in on the latest v. of 1.7 and with my connection speed it's gonna take over 30 hours to DL so gonna wait till i can use a better connection in a couple of weeks, tried to find LP forum too but had no luck if any1 can email the link it would help loads, just hope i don't have to start new chars when i get back but not to worry if i do it will be fun to start all over again lol, hope u guys are all well i never thought i'd get the response i have from this thread nice 1 guys my gratitude goes out to u all, a big well done goes out to OP on the new 1.8 mod your workin on u are a true master of mods, i don't think there is anything else i can add at this time good gaming all cya soon Raider out.

its been over 3 years since i have been able to reach the nearest planet after my ship was half destroyed in battle, i don't remember much of my time floating around in space, but after reaching this unknown planet and the care its citizens gave me i am now able to get back into the action, i don't even know if any of my clan still live and i hope they all missed thier leader. there is a problem that i've not been able to fix though which is not been able to connect to the global server, and don't even know if my 1.7 mod still works as i see OP has grown to be by far the best mod maker. if anyone can help me out with the info i need to connect to the server again would be very much appreciated, long live crossfire.

there are quite a few good DL managers such as flashget, opera and getright to name a few, i use getright and had no probs DL'ing the CF mod, without a good Dl manager u will find that u wont get the files properly or it won't activate after u have DL'd it.

i went round a friends house and he was playing Fl with another of my friends,(it looked really hard to play @ 1st) i then went out and bought the game for as cheap as i could find as i didnt fancy paying £40 for it, and eventually found it for £9.99, that was over 3 years ago and here i am still playing and still learning as i play.

i was told about the coalition torp so i went and bought 1, when i got back to a planet where i could buy the ammo for it i was been told that i didnt have any space for any ammo for the launcher, how much space is needed for 1 round?

after the restart this afternoon i found that the global server was down does any1 else have this problem?

a good dl manager to use is getright there are others u can use, i just can't remember thier names.

u also might have to turn off your firewall or set it to accept FL, after a fresh install of FL if i dont set my firewall my game crashes when i enter MP, so plz check your firewall settings before u try to play FL.
