Yeah that's definitely your ISP. And the shooter probably has it's server in Russia or somewhere closer to you like Turkey or something. I'd advise you to get a stable optical fiber connection. Yes it can be a hard time to pay but it gives you the lowest ping possible with the highest speeds. My friend in India has one, he pays ~$40 for 40/20 with a ping of 109 to Frankfurt.

Alright. Can you tell me what kind of internet connection do you have? DSL, Cable, Broadband, Satellite? Also, the network speed and the following: Pingtest and Speedtest to Frankfurt, DE
-
Move to Europe?
Just kidding. Get the server IP (you can see it on the server list ingame); Start; Search "Run"; Open; type in "cmd"; Open; when the console opens type in tracert server ip, when it finishes, copy it all in a notepad file and attach it here. We gonna see if you have any issues with your ISP first.

Brazil got utterly rekt. 7-1 is too much to be honest buuut, let's make it clear, Brazilians weren't playing their game at all, and the German team was at their best so, yeah. I went to the bathroom, returned and saw 3 more goals.

I like the design. Really nice, good work!

Using Avast (Premium version) and I have no troubles with it. I have used Norton earlier, and it just gave me a headache every time I started up my PC

Ah well. I know you can't resist an opportunity like that, but It truly is like that. I've been playing it since I received my Closed Beta key which was at least a year and a half ago, and since then, the devs ALWAYS listened to the community, and they provided us with what we wanted to see (the reasonable stuff of course). But it seems the "men in suits" are now taking over and dooming the game to disaster. Let's hope they can revert it somehow, miraculously.
-
Probably so. Good point, though, DE is one, if not the only company that actually listens to the community. But you probably can't know that since you don't know about 'em and their behavior with Warframe

QuoteDear Tenno,
You may have read something about the business development side of Digital Extremes and it may have you concerned. For legal reasons, we can't disclose specifics but if you know the history of Warframe you'd know that we are intent on having Warframe's design remain in the hands of Digital Extremes. Yes, opportunities will arise for us but the game itself is and will remain a labor of love.
-SteveLet's break this down. This may come as both good and bad news
The good news can be interpreted when you review this message as a whole. Bla bla bla, legal reasons, bla bla bla, labor of love. Meaning, the game is still owned by Digital Extremes.
The bad news come from the word that's underlined in the quote
intent
noun: intent; plural noun: intents
1.intention or purpose.
adjective: intent
1.
determined to do (something).
attentively occupied with.
2.
(of a look or expression) showing earnest and eager attention.
(I.e. Not a guarantee of anything)
You can "intend" all you want but that really is no guarantee. If you are completely bought out you can't "intend" to do something but sadly it might not be your choice.Your opinions?

That's what the community is scared of Mike.

One of the companies where games go to die, Perfect Online Ltd. (further in text referred as PWE) has entered in negotiations with Digital Extremes Ltd. (further in text referred as DE) in order to purchase, what seems to be, a large amount of stocks. In the mean time, the community found out (leaked info from Devs) about the contract and all hell broke loose. In less then 24 hours, there has been ~350 pages of Warframe fans that are calling out the devs on some, if not any information about the deal. It spread like a wildfire and the thread currently has 6677 Replies and 348180 views, which is by far the most viewed and replied to thread on the forums.
As we all know, PWE has bought a lot of games, including STO. Now, we know what they make of the games they buy: P2W and GRIND. Warframe being the pride and joy of DE is a F2P game, like all of the PWE games. What seems to bother the community is that PWE buys out companies just to milk every cent they can and then ditch the game. STO is one, if not the only game that lives on, somehow.
The community is scared of the actions that PWE has been repeating through all of their F2P games: lockboxes ; If anyone is playing Warframe here, you probably know that you can actually go through the game without spending a single cent, and actually MAKING money while playing it through the trading system the game has (like myself, I have so far made around ~$150 in 300 hours of gameplay, and I can make a ton more by selling my extra stuff).
Most of the community is in fear that DE will accept the contract that PWE has made and thus doom the game to failure. What they don't know, is that PWE's owners, Sumpo Food Holding Ltd., has recently had a change in the upper management, and thus having a new board of directors, which are trying a different tactic, investment into triple-A game studios.
Right now the community is waiting for an official word from the Community and Development teams.

I'm pretty sure Thom is not around so you can ask if that's really it by poking either hellfirez666 (Rifty) or damqn_damqnov666 (Forgotten his ingame name) on Skype

So, I've been at a friends house last month, and we were buying gaming peripherals online. We got the whole ROCCAT set, meaning, the Ryos MK Pro (Keyboard), the Kone XTD (Mouse), Kave 5.1 (Headset), Apuri (Mouse bungee), Raivo (Mousepad).
So, let's take a quick glimpse on the set
ROCCAT Ryos MK Pro:
-Per-key Illumination (An awesome feature I have used along with a script that makes your keyboard an illuminated equalizer, and I love that)
-Easy-Shift[+] (You can assign a secondary key function to ANY key, meaning you can have over 500 macro binds on your keyboard)
-N-key Rollover (You know when you play fast your hands move fast, but the keyboards can't always record every keystroke you make - I know, I used to play CS competitively - the n-key rollover makes that a thing of the past. Best Anti-ghosting technology so far)
-Cherry MX keys (Capable of sustaining over 100 million keystrokes, they make the keyboard really durable, and you can choose from 4 key colors, each color having a different feel when you use it)
-Smudge proof glossy look
-32-bit ARM Processor
-Integrated media hub port
-Retractable stabilizersI used it for over a week, while my friend had his old K70. I fell deep in love with the keyboard, and had so much fun configuring it to my needs. I won't keep it long, it is A-FREAKIN-MAZING. A must buy 10/10
ROCCAT Kone XTD
-8200 DPI Pro-Aim Laser Sensor (The mouse just feels amazing rocking it on high DPI and pooling rates)
-Easy-Shift[+] Button Duplicator (Make the most out of your mouse by making multiple profiles having different macros)
-TDCU: Tracking & Distance Control (You can adjust the sensor precisely to your mouse pad, further improving tracking and minimizing pick-up-flight)
-ROCCAT Driver + Macro preset
-4-LED Multi-color light System (Two shimmering light rails powered by four independent multi-color LEDs that you can set in your choice of a wide range of vibrant hues)Okay, you know, most people go for obvious choices like the Sensei, but no, I've tried at least 10 mice so far, and the Kone XTD just surpasses them by a mile. Best bang for the buck. 9/10
ROCCAT Kave 5.1
-5.1 Surround Sound
-Microphone with Mute LED
-Tip'n'Control Desktop remote
-Dual Sound-profile
-Comfortable earcups
-Adjustable vibration unit
-Headband with three padsThe Kave can be compared to the Plantronics Gaming RIG - Most of the features the RIG has are included with the Kave. There are 4 adjustment scales so you can adjust it to the shape of your head; the headband comes with 3 pads to adjust the weight distribution on your head; the speakers have a 12dgs angle to achieve the real 5.1 surround sound; the desktop remote serves for central control of all volume functions
Basically, I'd rather go with the Siberia v2 Frost Blue then the Kave, but, it's all depending on how big your budget is. 8/10
ROCCAT Apuri
-Active USB-Hub including an AC Adapter
-Zero-drag mouse bungee
-Device + Cable Management
-Direct Port access
-Passive use possible
-Secure + Stable standWhile I don't really see a use for the Apuri, people tell me it's quite versatile. I can't tell much about it, so I won't rate it.
ROCCAT Raivo
-Micro-granular speed surface (Ultra-fast gliding with mega-precise control)
-Integrated flex-support plate (Max stability with the longest play comfort)
-Ergonomic battle shield shape (Wrist cut-out for combat effectiveness)
-Non-slip rubber backing (It won't slip, y'get it?)
-Dirt-resistant coating (Tracking interference protection; easy to clean)
-Combat-tested materials (Longest life of relentless hardcore gaming action)So, when my friend got his stuff, I took the keyboard, mouse and the mousepad. I can tell that the Raivo is easily comparable with Razer Sphex both in performance and price (I don't know how this was possible
). The size of the pad is 350mm x 270mm x 2mm, having enough space to move your mouse around as far as you wish. Just like people use the Goliathus Extended Edition with Sphex, so do Roccateers (yes, that's how they're called), but instead of Razer products, they use the ROCCAT Taito (455mm x 370mm x 5mm) with the Raivo. I don't know why but they do. Anyways, to cut the nonsense, the Raivo is comparable to Razer Sphex in all ways. If you like Razer, you'll get Razer, if not, then it's up to you
; 9/10
To summarize: ROCCAT, like Razer or Steelseries, makes awesome products which are really, really good. I like ROCCATs style over Razers, the sleek look, the curves, everything to be honest. The whole set costed around $500 (with shipping), and I can say it's totally worth if you have the budget to support such a costy little venture. I already ordered the Ryos MK Pro just because I like it so much, and I presume you'd all like it.
