everyone smugles/trade, I think there's no exceptions on it, therefore everyone shold use such a licence on train/freighter, and the clans that choose it as an unic RP in all char's.

if we are payed for smugling, well we will rather split the profit then just get a a small part of the money, wich means we are smugling, I think then that we will be using smugling licences.

mate, you are confisuing MDF with chipboard, MDF is not wood, it's highly pressed paper, wich means it has more density and more structural resistence.

you could also try to use OSB wich can look a bit weaker but it isn't cause it' all made of wood waste with epoxi resin.
