Hey guys. Have been playing a, well, call it a "trial" version of Freelancer, fallen in love with it, and started looking around for communities and expansions, and it lead me here. Will be getting my physical copy from amazon sometime next week, and, after looking over the various mods and online communities, have decided that Crossfire multiplayer needs to be in my future. I love how the clans are run as practically independent nations, I love how the roleplay has been going on for years, and I love how the game is less about the "bigger sword" so to speak and more about the player interactions. Everyone involved, this mod and community look amazing.
I am accepting any noob advice and chastisements that you guys feel like throwing at me, as I want to enjoy this community and possibly add to it, not be another irritant in a starship like I'm sure you guys get from time to time. At least for now, I'm a guest in your house, and I intend to act like it.
