    Traders won't pay tax if you destroy them from the moment u see them as some pirates do. U need to convince them that it's better to pay tax than loose their cargo. U also need to know how much profit they make on that route and adjust the tax accordingly.


    I have a suggestion that might improve both Pirate and Police RP. Can we figure out a counter that counts how many taxes/fines has a char received? Something to give pirates/police a bit more incentive to figure ways to tax/fine instead of just shoot?

    Rax don't follow in the steps of the other merc clans, create something different. Your clan will be merc but why would anyone hire you if you're the same as the other merc clans that are older and have more pilots?


    P.S. As u know we don't trade BMG and yet we manage. Why can't you?

    Yup that's why i switched to Linux long time ago. If it wasn't for FL and i used my pc only for work Windows would have never stained it.


    Linux however is not for everyone, not because it's harder to use on the contrary but it isn't originally designed for everybody. It gives you the choice to do what u want to do and some people like things to be chosen for them.

    About strafing, my experience is it doesn't matter if you strafe left-right or use the more rare up-down, as long as u strafe in any direction. And strafing is less important when missiles come to play, because strafing turns on your engine and for missile evasion is better to fly with killed engines. The diagonal strafing is a knife with two edges, for example i'm using so many controls on the keyboard many times during a fight missiles or something else refuses to fire just because i'm holding too many keys at that point in time.

    We humans are here on this earth because we constantly adapt. It's the same with CF and the new features, players adapt, invent new strategies, new fighting styles, new RP etc. So it's very interesting what new features will bring to the never ending battle for self-improvement and supremacy.
