On this subject, I think it would be great if people had to have affiliation to the faction of their RP i.e. Pirates affiliated to Outcast/Corsair etc.. Police to Police, Mercs to Bounty Hunters, Freelancers to Zoners, then, not only do they interact with other players, but NPC's as well.

Cool story bro. PINs from CPU-Z report. Mkay. Even if it was possible, I'm not using internet banking and don't really care about my password. I'll explain that 3rd time, cause I see it's not perfectly clear to everybody.

When I'm mining in nebula systems my processor usage looks like this:

Now, as it is obvious, processor usage actually goes to 20% when my PC stops rendering game graphics. Your argument about keeping task manager open is invalid, I get to ~15% with task manager, chrome, foobar and OpenOffice open, so TM isn't really putting much pressure on my CPU. I haven't got much problems with my CPU going to this level, but I find interesting.

FLCF is installed with all graphical goodies, including advanced shaders.

TDDSKiller shows nothing. As of voltages, I had a better idea, if you want to dig in specs:
Report was taken while running Windows Experience Index test to get CPU to 2500mhz, cause without pressure it downsteps itself to 2x1.2ghz.

Nope, it was definitely FLCF. I found that it goes on an CPU overkill in nebulas, but stays near 65% on both cores in normal systems (like NY, NL). I have 1%-5% with game closed and Chrome running, so nope, it's not a background app. Those spikes were actually where game was maximized, cause when I left game maximized for some time and then alt+tabbed to task manager, the graph was like ^^^^^\_ (but I'm repeating myself, I told you that in previous post).

I've got a question to OP or anybody who knows how the game engine works.

This is a graph from my task manager, those spikes going to 100% of processor usage are when FLCF is open, 60% are when game is minimised. If I keep game open and then alt+tab to task manager, it shows constant 100% with a downfall in the moment of alt+tab.
Could anyone tell me how is this possible? Fallout 3 wasn't using CPU so much. I'm using C2D 2x2,5Ghz + 2GB RAM + GeForce 7600GS.

there's alot of mixing RP with RL. 24/7 RP would take the RL out of it entirely, as Az suggested. I think that it would be a great thing for the server but it would still need some tweaks so that RL abuse would not be disguised in RP.

Maybe an all-clan-wide agreement of stating RP intentions and contracts before engaging in combat would help to bring RP and RP only interactions? It doesn't take long to type in "-name-, arrested for smuggling, fine 2M" or "-name-, contract, def" and it would clear many situations.

Second thing are personal (with hidden employer) contracts which are quite dangerous, because they have the potential to be an excuse or a basis for accusations of OORP assaults. I would argue that personal contracts are prohibitted by merc clans inner charters just to get things straight.

Bullpup Mk1 is a Heavy Fighter, but it flies exactly the same way as starflier (120 speed!), has over 9000 armour and 5x lvl 8 slots + CD/T. With some practice and a set of 2xNeutraliser/3xLancer or 3x Sunstalker + Sunslayer Torp it's quite easy to evade even Persephone's gunfire, get on it's ass and pack missiles and a torp into it. It's lethal against all slower turning VHFs, as Dino failed to kill me with an Eagle. Sadly, it won't work with guns, as you can't risk going head on.

OP, please leave Bullpup Mk1 the way it is (or give it 2x9 slots for overkill) and make all vhfs really slower turning like you said before and it will be the king of interceptors.

And where is the comment of PX Beloved One Ally? He should be pissing himself out of sheer happiness, as he wrote several times, that driving cops out of server would be a victory for him. Good player, I must say. Just poor english, but good boy nevertheless.

I agree with Stephanov. Rules should be very clear (more specific than now) and GR's should have the power to exercise rule discipline in painful way. Also: every clan should have a clear set of rules and juristic body able to act on internal rules. Tip: server's rules should always be the core of clan rules for obvious reason.

    Personal to stephanov only:

    Spiky, read this.
