help me about THE FLMM 1.31, please!

the splash screen sai's it's loading, but the mod menu just wont come up, and the same

bar that at he left croner shows the start menu, at he middle it shows me that FLMM is

operatinal normaly, and i left few side mods working + i AM STILL AT 1.5, HELP ME!

i means that the

window wont appear, but the bar whee start is shows the FLMM is working, strange

it looks like it running but

it's menu window dos not apeer's? well it happening to me all the time and i can't make
