BS upgrades some pilots can read the Code in Mod Files so they take them Park a Ship wait for Reset or Crash then they Take again & Sell them to we who cannot find them !! Boooo!
They are Very Hard to Locate
I think that the BS Upgrades should be Like the Data Disks 1 Chance to Take on any 1 Ship !
