It's your mod and stuff, but I don't like the idea to put firefly/serenity tracks into crossfire, becouse:
1. No matter they rock they don't fit into the lancer universe.
2. The Firefly Mod firefly total conversion for Freelancer is already using them. -

Corporal, not only is this OP's mod, but it already contains Star Wars music and some other stuff not original to FL. The Serenity music sounds right for CF and isn't anything radically different.
As for the other mod using it, so what? Plenty of mods use the same music, and unless the person who made that mod also has legal rights to the song and doesn't want to share, there's nothing wrong with OP using it too.
He wanted a song, it was quickly presented, and now we're moving on. There really isn't anything left to discuss here
