Try to re-install your mod? If tht still crash to may be your pc "OS" or yuor Original Freelancer PC game are broken.

And if u want to play This Mod try to not install Freelancer SDK v1.3 Author: Louva-Deus.

I had that problem to before that,... i install Freelancer SDK v1.3 Author: Louva-Deus and that some "order" not working.
