well, i downloaded the tool, but I CANT OPEN IT.
its says : Internbet Installer is not correctly installed
now , WHAT that MEANS???!?!??!?!

Don't worry about it Inferno, you're not missing out on anything atm. I have it istalled properly and it's not helping to display the server for me. My Global Server list is empty regardless of what tools or files I use.
As soon as whatever's wrong is okay again fldireptip.hta will continue to work fine; you don't really need the tool I think, it's just another approach.

i had this problem before....
right now i can connect to the server using direct connection, but i still cant connect to the global server : (
anyways, its good that i can connect somehow:) -
