The goal of this build is to maximize poleron damage (and boost the shield ignoring proton damage) using the protonic set and the Dyson space set. There is both a drain and exotic damage component to this build. The Gravimetric Torps have a nice AoE effect that works well with Gravity Well and the doff ability that fires multiple torps at up to 5 targets is magnified when all of those targets are grouped in the Gravity Well. Also, the gravimetric rift created by the torpedo benifits from the exotic damage boost.
It seems to be solid in a support role and the Scryer has very good durability compared to most science ships. I dont think is is ready for advanced scenarios yet so if anyone has any suggestions I'm willing to discuss.
