Partial Quest is a turn-based, dungeon-crawler, RPG streamlined for the impulse playspace of mobile. This side project is an experiment to see what elements of RPGs can be removed to cater to the casual engagement of phone gaming while retaining the core playloop that defines the genre. The 3D, modular tile world is played in First Person. Levels are designed, but feature random variation. To enable better level design, I created a 2D Tile Editor within Unity described in the full article.
