In the past couple of days I've added a vignette system to Hyper Gauntlet. A vignette is a coloured border around the edge of the screen. Typically it's black, and goes pretty much unnoticed, but I'm aiming to colourise it and use it to communicate game state changes (e.g. level up, damage, etc) to the player. What do you think? Too strong? Too bright?
