H-O-R-S-E Mini Game added in New Version of Hoops Manager, Bug Fixes

Horse shooting game added in new version of Hoops Manager. It is now available for download on Desura. Standalone will be added soon as well. The new version of Hoops Manager fixes an error with Desura which didn't allow you to save games.
