Problem to activate corssfire mod 1.9

I think your problem are rights related. Did u run all programs as Administrator (right click) when installing ?
If not you have to reinstall from this guide (run all programs as Administrator (Windows 7/8 )) index.php?page=FaqDetail&category=7#question12

Your problem is the version of FLMM this mod need FLMM 1.31 not 1.3

FLMM 1.3 and 1.31 is the same version. Just saying
