Arrest Warrant(s) were issued today for the founder of the Independent Operators Consortium, Centaurian Alpha. The charges of facilitating smuggling operations, racketeering, transporting stolen government documents & trafficking of human body parts. These charges are accompanied by transporting illegal goods through police space by pilots of the Independent Operators Consortium, which law enforcement and the Sirius Federal Courts are holding Mr.Centaurian Alpha accountable. Arrests are hereby ordered and any resistance or attempts to flee by the "wanted" individual(s) will be seen as a hostile act. Police are ordered to approach any (IOC) pilot with caution. (IOC) pilots have recently been observed firing weapons on police without warning, again approach with caution and call for assistance prior to making the arrest.
