Police Bulleting
To All Officers: We know that gangs and criminals are running rampant throughout our galaxy as witnessed time and time again. Private contracts are constantly being placed on federal or law enforcement officials and the public bounty database is being flooded with contracts daily, for no apparent reason.
A few of us had a conference in an undisclosed location to address the issue. It has been decided that a reorganization of police forces and trusted mercenaries is required, united under one cause to combat this severe criminal activity. Diplomatic immunity will not be honored for those involved in illegal activity and if the pilot is within trusted-status of law enforcement, then that trusted-status will be revoked and never regained. Privileges to Law Abiding systems will be forbidden under the penalty of execution if necessary.
Traders should choose their cargo, routes of profit and associations carefully.
Today in a few hours the police will start to gather in the Sirius systems and head for closure of our meetings. All Law Enforcement officers are encouraged to attend. The time will not be posted to avoid any tampering with the data, so keep your frequencies open for the next several hours.

ALl Officers be advised that a communication was intercepted by our intelligence office, describing an assault to be mounted by the pirates on the Police forces once again. All officers are directed to protect our new recruits and freelancer volunteers , as not to lose them to another galaxy. Avoid conflict if necessary so we can continue our build up.
